Phill Wilcox has been invited to give comments
on a keynote speech by Professor Tim Oakes (University of Colorado-Boulder) at
a conference hosted by the Finnish Society for Development Research -
Development Days 2022 on 17-18 February 2022.
The Development Days 2022 discusses the complex
relations between infrastructures, technologies, and vulnerabilities in global
development. The conference discusses this in the light of the need to tackle
climate change, inequality, and unsustainable forms of development. For further
