Holger Straßheim has recently been invited to give a talk at the Social Science School's research seminar of the Institute for Advanced Studies (IAS), Princeton, USA. The seminar theme is "Science and the State" and Holger will talk about "Behavioural Sciences, Social Policy, and the State". Founded in 1973, the School of Social Science takes as its mission the analysis of contemporary societies and social change. Scholars are drawn from a wide range of fields, notably political theory, economics, law, psychology, sociology, anthropology, history, philosophy, and literature.
