On the fourth day of filming for the BGHS film project "On People and Things - Science in Conversation", Sabine Schäfer spoke to Mariana Gomes and Christina Zschieschang about their dissertation projects. Mariana Gomes spoke about her research project on the situation of Brazilian au pairs in Germany. Over the past few months, she has spent a lot of time with young Brazilian women in Brazil and Germany and talked to them about their expectations and experiences of working as an au pair.
