Welcome to the winter semester 2023/2024

The ZAB - Zentrale Anlaufstelle Barrierefrei welcomes all students and lecturers to today's start of classes in the winter semester!

For students with disabilities, chronic or mental illness, we offer a comprehensive range of advice and support services, as we do every semester. An overview of our topics and further information about studying in Bielefeld are collected in the ZAB Student Portal. Until Wednesday, 11 October, interested students with disabilities, chronic or mental illnesses can still register for the third round of our peer mentoring programme AccessAbility! In tandems, students support each other during the semester and can benefit from the peer mentoring framework programme.

Teachers can find tips and information on barrier-free design of their teaching and teaching materials in the ZAB employee portal and in the ZAB portal Digital Accessibility. We also cordially invite you to our continuing education programme.
