Black or white? Not with ZAB!
At ZAB's third event of its 5th anniversary, everything revolved around digital accessibility. Prof. Dr. Gottfried Zimmermann lectured online about "Digital accessibility in practice - goodbye to black and white thinking (PDF)" to many interested participants on 29.09.2022. He is professor for Mobile User Interaction at the Stuttgart Media University and initiator of the project SHUFFLE - "University Initiative Digital Accessibility for All".
In his lecture, he demonstrated that there is no such thing as complete and unconditional accessibility for all. But with little effort and an open mind, we can achieve a high level of accessibility for all.
Therefore: Let's say goodbye to black-and-white thinking and rather remember that even small steps can contribute to more accessibility and thus to the participation of all people!
The ZAB provides a lot of information on creating and testing accessible websites and documents.
