From 27. to 28. September, I had the pleasure to present the main findings of my study on the contribution of the international donor community to the prevention of violent extremism (PVE) in Central Asia at the international conference “Central Asian Security in the Current World Disorder: Challenges and Opportunities" in Almaty  (Kasachstan). The event was organised by Dortmund University in cooperation with Bielefeld University and the German-Kazakh University and represented the last component of the research-professionalization project  “Between Stability and Transformation: Regional and Transnational Cooperation in Central Asia and between Central Asia and Europe“ (2017-2019) funded by Volkswagen Foundation.
