Prof. Dr. Tobias Hecker, Prof. Dr. Janina Steinert and Eluid Kabelege were awareded the GLOHRA prize for Global Health Research for their interdisciplinary pilot project PreVio (School-based Prevention of Teacher and Family Violence). The project evaluated a combined intervention for teachers and parents to reduce violence against children at school and at home in Tanzania. The project team will use the prize money toward funding a dissemination event in Tanzania  in September.
