Prof. Dr. Katharina Kohse-Höighaus has been appointed as an Honorary Fellow of the Chinese Chemical Society in recognition of her pioneering work in combustion research. She is acknowledged for fostering long-term partnerships with Chinese institutions, training young academic leaders in combustion research, and advising on China’s science and innovation policies.
In total, 11 internationally renowned scientists have received the title of “Honorary Fellow of the Chinese Chemical Society” in 2024. Currently, there are 103 Honorary Fellows worldwide. The Faculty of Chemistry extends its heartfelt congratulations on this prestigious honor.
