Research in Groups - New Deadline for Project Proposals
Do you want to dive into a scientific question and discuss it with colleagues from diverse disciplines and perspectives? Are you looking for a research infrastructure, financial resources and organisational support to do so?
The Center for Interdisciplinary Research (ZiF) offers just that: Our funding format “Research in Groups”, with regularly recurring calls, enables groups of researchers to focus on their work while hosted on ZiF campus, allowing for ideal working conditions and short routes.
The Center for Interdisciplinary Research (Zentrum für interdisziplinäre Forschung, ZiF) is a university-based Institute for Advanced Study, serving as a pivotal hub of interdisciplinary research within Bielefeld University.
It offers three different group formats with varying time span and funding options:
• Visiting Groups (one stay at ZiF of 1 to 3 months)
• Resident Groups (one stay at ZiF of 4 to 6 months)
• Long-Term Groups (several visits to ZiF over a period of up to three years).
