Bielefeld University's Faculty of Sociology is recruiting a Research and Teaching Associate in Social Anthropology.

It is a full-time position according to the German public remuneration scale E13 TV-L. The position will be first for two years, with the possibility to extend for up to four years. Ethnographic experiences in either China or Vietnam (on topics related to market transformations) and the ability to work in both English and German are expected (that's why the call for application is in German).
