Vacancies in ERC Consolidator Grant Project FinancialLives: 3 doctoral positions (social anthropology, China, Vietnam, Laos) and 1 post-doc position (anthropology, China)

Bielefeld University's Faculty of Sociology is recruiting three doctoral researchers and one post-doctoral researcher for the ERC-funded research project FinancialLives led by Prof. Minh Nguyen.

The three doctoral researchers will conduct ethnographic research with working households in China, Vietnam and Laos. They will be paid at 75% of a full-time position according to the German public remuneration level E13 TV-L.

The post-doc researcher will conduct ethnographic research with commercial banks in China. They will have a full-time position according to the German public remuneration level E13 TV-L.

All positions are for four years, and come with statutary employment benefits and social insurances.
