Walter Trockel gives Hurwicz Memorial Lecture at Banach Center of Mathematics, Warsaw (December 3)
Walter Trockel is invited to give the plenary Hurwicz Memorial Lecture at the VI Hurwicz Workshop on Mechanism Design Theory to be helt at the Banach Center of Mathematics in Warsaw (Poland) on December 2 and 3, 2016. His plenary talk is entitled “On the relation between the Nash program and implementation theory.” Past Hurwicz Memorial Lectures were presented by: Stefan Rolewicz (PAN) in 2009, Eric Maskin (Harvard) in 2010, Roger Myerson (Chicago) in 2011, Ramon Marimon (EUI Florence) in 2012, and Martin Hellwig (Max Planck Institute) in 2014.
