The winter semester 2025/2026 is approaching, and once again you can register for various events in the Personnel Development Programme for Researchers and Teachers (PEP) this semester. The program supports you in preparing optimally for current and future professional challenges. You have the opportunity to specifically strengthen and further develop your skills to enhance both your professional career and personal development. At the same time, it offers you the chance to exchange ideas with other researchers from all faculties of Bielefeld University.

The PEP-Portal provides you with a diverse selection of training offerings, which are offered by various service facilities of the PEP network in the following six topics:
