New Health Offers for Doctoral Researchers – Register Now!
Doing a PhD is exciting, rewarding and often also challenging. Between research, teaching, and personal expectations, mental and physical health can sometimes be neglected. To support you in this intense phase, the Health Management team at Bielefeld University is offering two new online courses.
- Embodied Resilience: Simple Tools for Inner Balance at Work (EN)
Fridays, 26 September – 19 December 2025, 09:00 – 10:00
In this English-language course series, you will learn simple and practical methods to strengthen your inner balance and resilience in the workplace. Short body-based and mindfulness exercises will help you reduce stress and clear your mind. - PhD “on the go” – Staying healthy and confident throughout your doctorate with small but powerful everyday strategies (EN)
Wednesdays, 5 – 26 November 2025, 14:00 – 15:00
This blended learning series introduces you to practical tools that can be easily integrated into your PhD routine – whether between writing sessions, meetings, or visits to the library. You will learn techniques to regulate stress and discover how to set healthy boundaries to protect your resources. The program supports you in staying well and maintaining balance and mental strength throughout your doctoral journey.
