The KlarText Prize for Science Communication is entering the next round. Until 28 February 2026, recently graduated researchers can submit a generally understandable article or a clear infographic.

Who can take part?

• Doctorate completed in 2024 or 2025 (very good rating)
• Faculties: Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Neuroscience, Physics - including related subjects

Why take part?

• Prize money: €7,500 per subject area
• Visibility & quality: Revision of the articles together with science journalists or graphic designers and publication in KlarText magazine
• Network: Inclusion in the Klaus Tschira Foundation's alumni network
• Added value for all applicants: Access to a NaWik eLearning programme for professional science communication - regardless of placement
