The 17th round of the cross-university leadership programme "Leadership in Science 2025/26 - Innovative, Sustainable Leadership Concepts for Female Professors" started on 24 October. The programme is aimed at female professors and tenure-track professors in or after interim evaluation who are employed at a university or higher education institution.

12 female professors from three universities are taking part in the modular training programme for female professors to develop and expand their own leadership portfolio. The training series is organised by Bielefeld University and led by Alexandra Busch, an expert in training and coaching academics. The ten-month programme (starting in October 2026) is again planned for 2026/2027 across all universities. Interested parties can contact Franziska v.
