Podcast: Insights in Daily Life and Professional Experiences of Doctoral Researchers



The new episode of "Chances and Challenges - The BGHS Podcast" is hosted by four doctoral researchers: Iris Bartelt, Jakob Krusche, Josué García Veiga and Christina Zschieschang. They talk about how they experience their everyday life as humanities scholars and social scientists, how they find routines and structures to cope with changing tasks and uncertain conditions, and what experiences they have with academic collaboration and networks as doctoral researchers. This episode was created as part of the "Make a podcast" workshop offered by Sabine Schäfer in the winter semester 2025/26. The doctoral researchers developed and produced the content themselves.
