Linie 4 - this is the name of a series of lectures organized by BGHS doctoral researchers in 2016. They want to share their research projects with a broader audience - not just inside the sealed off surroundings of the university, but in the heart of the city: at the vhs Bielefeld.

The series of lectures starts on 9 February with a presentation by Britta Dostert: Family Pictures from the Middle Ages to Early Modern Times

The lecture is starting at 6:15 pm at Volkshochschule Bielefeld, Ravensberger Park 1, Room 240, 33607 Bielefeld. Admission to the lectures is free!

On 23 February the series will be continued by a presentation by Daniel Emmelius to the topic: The Relation of Body and Space in Ancient Rome
