Call for applications for the mentoring programme
The BGHS fosters PhD researchersʼ individual career planning and awards, starting January 2022, up to four places in the mentoring programme “Non-university careers for humanists and social scientists“ for the duration of nine months. Applications must be submitted by 30 November 2021.
The BGHS mentoring “Non-University Careers for Humanists and Social Scientists” is aimed at doctoral researchers in all humanities and social sciences at Bielefeld University. As part of the mentoring programme, the participants exchange ideas about their career plans as humanists and social scientists with their own mentors from non-university organizations (“mentoring tandem”), among the participants (“peer mentoring”), and as part of an accompanying programme organized by the BGHS. The common languages in the mentoring programme are German and English.
