There is a new video on the BGHS YouTube channel. In the third film of the BGHS film project "On People and Things - Science in Conversation", Paul Goerigk talks about his ethnographic research on interaction in vocational training. He observed trainees and trainers in a metal workshop to find out how the practical learning of skills actually takes place. And here is the video.
