Students from the “Digitalization in Care” Course Visit the Showroom
On July 20 and 21, 2026, we welcomed a group of about 15 participants from the “Digitalization in Care” course to the Showroom “Interactive Assistance Technology in Medicine and Care" on each day. Following an introduction to the various topics covered in the showroom, we presented systems such as Paro, ichó, Livy Care, OverCare, Robocamp, and virtual reality applications.
The discussion with these future healthcare professionals about the opportunities, challenges, and potential applications of digital assistive technologies in everyday nursing practice were particularly enriching.
We would like to express our gratitude for the great interest shown and the lively discussions, which provided valuable input for the dialogue between research and practice.
