Sollte es während der Online-Bewerbung technische Probleme geben, hilft die DAAD-Portalhotline weiter. Sie ist erreichbar per E-Mail unter portal@daad.de, über das Kontaktformular im DAAD-Portal sowie telefonisch unter +49 (0)228 882-8888 (Montag bis Freitag von 9–12 Uhr und 14–16 Uhr MEZ/MESZ).

Bei Fragen zu den Stipendienprogrammen oder zum Bewerbungsprozess unterstützt außerdem der DAAD-Chatbot, der auf der DAAD-Website unten rechts eingeblendet wird. Alternativ kannst du dich an das DAAD-Info-Center wenden.
