Wie entsteht eigentlich Vertrauen in Wissenschaft? Und wie kann man genau das im Unterricht vermitteln? Genau hier setzt ein spannendes Förderprogramm der Bayer Foundation an: Ein Stipendium speziell für MINT-Lehramtsstudierende und Lehrkräfte, die „Trust in Science“ aktiv in ihre Bildungsarbeit integrieren möchten.

Worum geht’s?

Das Stipendium unterstützt dich dabei, dich fachlich und didaktisch weiterzuentwickeln – mit Fokus auf wissenschaftliches Denken, kritische Reflexion und den Umgang mit Daten und Methoden. Gefördert werden z. B.:

• Praktika
• Forschungsprojekte
• Weiterbildungskurse

Ziel ist es, dass du lernst, wie du Schüler*innen ein fundiertes Verständnis von Wissenschaft vermittelst. Gerade in Zeiten von Fake News und wachsender Wissenschaftsskepsis ist das ein super relevantes Thema.

Das bekommst du

• Förderung von bis zu 10.000 €
• Unterstützung für Projekte mit einer Dauer von bis zu 6 Monaten (z. B. Praktika, Forschungsprojekte) oder bis zu 12 Monaten (Weiterbildungen)

Wer kann sich bewerben?

Das Stipendium richtet sich an:

• Lehramtsstudierende (MINT-Fächer)
• Studierende aus Didaktik und Pädagogik
• Lehrkräfte im MINT-Bereich

Voraussetzungen:

• Du studierst oder arbeitest in Deutschland
• Du hast Interesse daran, Vertrauen in Wissenschaft aktiv zu fördern

How does trust in science actually develop? And how exactly can this be conveyed in the classroom? This is precisely where an exciting support programme from the Bayer Foundation comes in: a grant specifically for STEM teacher training students and teachers who wish to actively integrate ‘Trust in Science’ into their teaching.

What is it about?

The scholarship supports your professional and pedagogical development – with a focus on scientific thinking, critical reflection and working with data and methods. Funding is available for, for example:

• Work placements
• Research projects
• Further training courses

The aim is for you to learn how to impart a sound understanding of science to pupils. This is a highly relevant topic, particularly in times of fake news and growing scepticism towards science.

What you’ll receive
