WHOAS has changed the OAI-PMH basicurl
The Woods Hole Open Access Server (WHOAS) has changed the OAI-PMH basicurl.
It has been off-line with an Java exception and responds now agai.
The new basicurl of the Dspace system is http://darchive.mblwhoilibrary.org/oai/request
