Norwegian Brage repositoires with improved OAI-PMH interface

The Norwegian Brage repositories hosted by Bibsys have improved their OAI-PMH interface and so the oai_dc response is fully OAI-PMH compliant now.
The BASE validator announces no errors anymore and thus BASE has started to activate the hosted repositories (currently 15 out of 30 are active in BASE).
An example is: UiS Brage, University of Stavanger with the basicurl
