NDAD does not support OAI-PMH anymore
NDAD (National Digital Archive of Datasets), listed in OpenDOAR with the OAI-PMH basicurl http://www.ndad.nationalarchives.gov.uk/cgi-bin/oai/OAI2.0, has stopped supporting OAI-PMH.
It is recommended to crawl the website National Archives UK Government Web Archive (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/webarchive/default.htm).
