MADOC of Univ. Mannheim has migrated and changed the OAI-PMH basicurl
MADOC, the repository of Mannheim University, Germany has migrated the
underlying system from Opus to Eprints.
The new basicurl is http://ub-madoc.bib.uni-mannheim.de/cgi/oai2.
